We are blessed in Sussex with some fantastic vineyards and incredibly talented winemakers. Sparkling wine is definitely King here, with most wine production focusing on this prestigious style of winemaking. There are however some great still wines available, particularly the whites, including Bacchus, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
