Description
The Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru «Pouilly» 2022 is identifiable by its pale yellow or crystalline color tinted with silver reflections. The nose, elegant and gourmand, expresses notes of white fruit highlighted by toasted almonds. Its clay-limestone soil also gives it a beautiful minerality.
The attack on the palate is fresh and buttered. Both greedy and mineral, the middle of the mouth is full of aromas of fruit and toasted almond. The whole is taut and on the finesse of the fruit. It is a gourmet wine, fresh, fruity and balanced, coated with a subtle oaky.
