Description
Marola & Mass is a 100% Albariño white wine from late bottling, from the DO RÍAS BAIXAS .
Straw yellow with green undertones and bright in the glass. Intense, citrusy, with prominent tropical fruits and white flowers, and balsamic notes on the nose. Balanced, fresh and fruity on the palate with a long finish
The average age of the vineyards is approximately 25 years, grown in granite and sandy loam soils. The vines are bathed in Atlantic breezes. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14°C for 21 days on their lees until bottling.
