A small batch Polish 3 grain vodka. It is made using spelt (the happy grain), rye (the dancing grain) and wheat (the smiling grain). It is filtered through silver birch charcoal resulting in a complex and very well balanced Vodka. It is named for Konik, which is a mysterious Polish horse, and legend has it that just a glimpse of this mysterious beast is enough to ensure a good harvest.
