A great value for money Pinot Grigio, packed full of expression, this is a deliciously dry, juicy, complex wine with distinctive flavours of apricot, peach and melon, balanced by a touch of minerality. Sustainably farmed on this small estate in the Fiuli-Grave DOC region of northern Italy, not far from the Slovenian border.
Try with seafood, chicken, veal scnaloppini and light pasta dishes with either fish or cream sauces.
