The resulting gin has a bold hit of citrus from the grapefruit, washed clean by the refreshing green fruits of the apples and pears. The juniper and wormwood provide a long-lasting, fresh finish. Best served with Fever Tree Elderflower or Mediterranean tonic with a slice of pink grapefruit or apple, and plenty of ice.
