Crafted from a specially distilled dry gin, with strong notes of orange, cinnamon and allspice. Aged by resting on charred vintage French and American oak giving colour, a rich smokey flavour and a mellow vanilla sweetness. This Oak Aged Gin is produced in very small batches and is rested for 7 months. Availability is limited and each bottle is numbered. Best gently sipped neat or over ice. It is a fantastic replacement for whiskey in cocktails. Try it in an Old Fashioned!
