Fresh orchard apples dusted with cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, ginger, and allspice layers of warming, sweet, spiced character that call to mind the stewed apples in your favourite apple pie. A refreshing, pastry sour brewed with a generous dose of oats and wheat, finishing rich and creamy to lend this tart little number its soft, crumbly pastry edge. At 4% (and fully vegan!) this sour is as light on its feet as it is characterful: evoking country walks, crisp air, and nostalgic home cooking.

UnBarred was established in 2014 from the shed of founder and Head Brewer Jordan Mower. They soon outgrew the shed and moved onto gypsy brewing, enabling them to grow production and hone their craft, working together with other fabulous breweries.
Since establishing their taproom and brewery in the heart of Brighton in August 2019, Unbarred Brewery have quadrupled their production and embraced the Brighton community that they call home. The core range is stocked nationwide, alongside ltd editions that embody the creativity, passion and freedom that have always defined their core ethos.
